FEES
There are a limited number of places available at the conference, and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, so please book your place early. If you have additional requirements (such as accompanying persons) please contact the organiser for related fees.

Please Note: The conference fees include delegate pack, unlimited refreshments throughout the conference, lunches, wine reception, evening formal and informal dinners as well as free wifi internet access. Residential delegate fees also include accommodation and access to the hotel's leisure facilities.

Special Requirements
Please advise the conference organisers of any special dietary (including vegetarian) or physical requirements so that your needs can be accommodated.

Cancellation Of The Conference
The organisers reserve the right to cancel the conference in case of any unpredictable event.

Insurance
The conference cannot accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the meeting. Please check the validity of your own personal insurance before travelling.

Visas & Letters of Invitation
If you are travelling to the conference from a country outside the EU, please check visa regulations before making any travel arrangements. Letters of invitation will only be sent to registered participants upon request. It should be understood that this letter is only to help delegates to raise travel funds or to obtain a visa and is not a commitment on the part of the organisers to provide any financial support. Applications for a letter of invitation should be received no later than 18th June 2010 by email. The letter of invitation will be sent via email, however if you require a hard copy to be sent through the post, please request this specifically and allow extra time for this.
