Conference fees have been kept as low as possible to allow broader conference participation. Fees for attending the conference are:

There are a limited number of places available at the conference, and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, so please book your place early. If residential delegate numbers exceed the number of bedrooms available at Kenwood Hall, alternative accommodation at the nearby Copthorne Hotel will be arranged. This hotel is within 20 minutes walk of Kenwood Hall. If you have additional requirements (such as accompanying persons) please contact the organiser for related fees.

The residential delegate fees include 2 nights accommodation, full use of the hotel and leisure complex facilities, all meals (breakfasts, lunches across the three days of the conference, informal evening meal, formal conference dinner with wine), drinks reception, poster session, unlimited refreshments throughout the 3 days of the conference, free wifi internet access and delegate pack/information.

NON-RESIDENTIAL RATES

The non-residential delegate fees include all meals (lunches across the three days of the conference, informal evening meal, formal conference dinner with wine), drinks reception, poster session, unlimited refreshments throughout the 3 days of the conference, free wifi internet access and delegate pack/information.

ACCOMPANYING PERSON RATES

The residential accompanying person fees include 2 nights accommodation, full use of the hotel and leisure complex facilities, all meals (breakfasts, lunches across the three days of the conference, informal evening meal, formal conference dinner with wine), drinks reception, poster session and free wifi internet access.

A reduced rate accompanying person option is available on a bed & breakfast basis only which excludes daytime and evening meals.
