The conference will be held in the Kenwood Suite, a separate building to the main hotel and conference venue which also has a separate break out rooms for registration and refreshment breaks.
The Day Delegate (non-residential) rate includes morning /afternoon breaks with unlimited tea, coffee or soft drinks served with homemade cakes/fresh pastries, hot and cold buffet lunches served in the hotel's 'Tempus' restaurant, informal evening meal on the 2nd July and drinks reception and formal conference dinner on the 3rd July, as well as poster session attendance on 2nd July.

Head for Sheffield City Centre, take the A61 south onto Sheaf Street, follow the road round and up to Bramall Lane roundabout, straight across, turn left onto London Road, at first traffic lights turn right onto Cemetery Road, carry straight on, across lights, second exit on roundabout continue along at the next roundabout and take the fourth exit into Kenwood Hall.
